Grapes are selected by hand from late September to early October.
Fermented at a temperature between 25 to 28 degrees.
Aged for 18 months in barrels and has been bottled for 4 months for further maturation.
This dry red features an intense ruby red color with hints of violet hues.
Intense and fine bouquet of cherries and spices.
Warm, full-bodied and velvety with notes of dried fruits.
Try it with forerib of beef, a rich lasagne or even a dense dark chocolate torte.
Keep well for up to 10 years if stored in a cool, dark spot, on its side.
Serve at a temperature between 16 to 18 degrees for best results.
